Designed nearly two miles of trails weaving through and around three large spring-fed ponds, connecting key amenities. Gathering spaces were strategically placed throughout the park for easy access by residents, fostering a sense of community.
Balancing natural preservation with the addition of functional amenities. The design maintained the integrity of the spring-fed ponds and creek while integrating features like a deck, pavilion, and playscapes to create a harmonious community space.
