Thu was born in Vietnam and is bilingual in both English and Vietnamese. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring Austin and the surrounding communities. A devoted dog lover, Thu adores her dog, Winston—though he can get a bit jealous when she comes home after visiting other dogs at project sites. You can always count on her to pet your dog, and she keeps treats in her backpack just for such occasions!

Thu earned her Landscape Architecture degree from Texas A&M University in 2019 and has been with Blu Fish Collaborative since 2020. Her professional experience spans higher education, K-12, multifamily, commercial, residential, and office projects, demonstrating her versatility in design. Thu’s talent was recognized with the prestigious ASLA Student Award of Excellence in 2019. She was drawn to landscape architecture for its ability to create unique, client-focused designs that harmonize nature and community.
